Revisions and changes are handled at checkpoints throughout the project. We hold a meeting with the client before starting, produce a wireframe, and send it for approval. Any modifications requested at this stage can be made, as long as within the original scope of works. Once the design stage is reached, heavy modifications may incur billable hours, while small changes can be accommodated. During development, changes are not allowed unless they are small, otherwise they are billable.

Yes, with our higher web hosting packages, we include ongoing maintenance and support services.
